Oficina Latina is a fun Latina hangout with eclectic small plates and creative cocktails.

Paulo Votano, the owner of the bar was nice enough to give us a taste of one of the tasty Mercy Cocktail Recipes he created specially for us. Try it out at home, or ask the awesome staff to make one for you. Make sure to tell them Mercy sent you.

THE MERCY CURSE
1 oz Don Q Cristal Coconut Rum
.5 oz mandarin liquor napoleon
1 oz of jalapeno infused syrup
3 sprig of mint
3 kumquats
2 oz of Mercy

In a highball glass, muddle kumquat with sugar and mint. Add lime juice, manadarin liquor, and coconut rum. Throw in some ice and stir! Check out the full image gallery here.
